Bringing more than two decades of industry expertise, Sreedhar commenced his career in supply chain management and later transitioned to pivotal roles in IT sales, solutions, and customer engagement. Preceding his tenure at Gemini, he held leadership roles in diverse consulting organizations, driving the establishment of new businesses and steering the delivery of innovative ERP, digital services, and turnkey projects.

Sreedhar holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Nagarjuna University and a master’s degree in business administration from TA PAI Management Institute.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Sreedhar is an avid reader, exploring books spanning fiction to philosophy. He maintains a regular yoga practice and actively participates in various social welfare initiatives. Engaging in mentorship for startups and supporting entrepreneurs are integral aspects of his commitment to fostering growth.

Born to two medical doctors, Sreedhar is married to Sarada, and they have a son named Vishaal. He affectionately regards his pet dog, Yugi, as his second son.
